Lights! Camera! Action!
In preparation for a winter full of ski trips, I brought a new toy home today. This camera will capture full DVD quality video. It's not even comparable to the quality of the videos I used to make with my digital camera. For the curious, this is a
Sony DCR-H40. I took a picture of it in my hand just to emphasize how small this is. It's almost smaller than my digital camera! The goal was to get something small enough that it would fit in a pocket on ski trips. I might not be
Warren Miller but I think we'll have a DVD worth watching by next spring. Meet us on a slope somewhere and you might just make it in the video. (Rolling down the mountain greatly increases your chances of making the movie.)
