November is Nerd-a-riffic!
November is shaping up to be an expensive month. My "month of no spending" in October was really just the calm before the storm. But I would be doing myself and everyone else a disservice if I didn't make these purchases. It's my destiny to make these purchases so I can tell you how awesome (or not awesome) they are (or are not.) I might not get all these products on the release dates since I'm hoping some of them will appear over time in the company store.
- Nov 7: Tony Hawk Project 8 (XBox360). Did you download the demo? It's fantastic!
- Nov 7: Gears of War (XBox360)
- Nov 14: Zune
- Nov 14: XBox360 HDDVD drive
- Lift tickets (I have my fingers crossed for some early season white stuff)
I'm planning to pick up a NetFlix subscription since they rent HDDVDs. Gameznflix looks intriguing, but I've heard bad things about their selection, wait times, and service in general. Anyone out there with a service that rents 360 games and HDDVDs that they want to recommend?
