I was searching through some online satellite imagery and finally found the happiest place on earth.

The Godfather
The first thing I did when I got my signed copy of the game was verify that Matt's name is actually in the credits. Congrats on all your hard work! This game really turned out well. I was a bit nervous when I started playing because I'm not really into the open world genre. I quickly got addicted to this game though. First I played straight through the storyline, and then I went back through the city and started taking over. Some rough edges keep this game from getting a perfect score, but overall this was a blast to play. I got about 25 hours of gameplay out of this which is pretty high for me.
King Kong
I rented this a couple weekends ago for the sole purpose of increasing my gamerscore. This game is a quick 1000 points (about 7 hours total.) The graphics in the game are not next gen... they're a bit better than before, but not anywhere near the quality that is coming out now. You play the levels as either Jack or Kong. The levels that are played as Jack are a bit boring, but I had a blast as Kong. I'm pounding my chest right now but you can't see that. I'm very glad I didn't buy this, but it's not a terrible rental. After three days you'll be done with the game forever.
HD-DVD Drive
Once I was able to get my hands on one in the store, I quickly ran home to plug it in. The unit comes with a copy of King Kong in HD and a media remote. I believe King Kong is temporary so act fast if that sways your decision. The image is as gorgeous as expected and the drive itself is nicely designed. It's whisper quiet although you still hear the normal fans on the 360. I love the drive and will be renting as many HDDVDs as possible in the future, but honestly, I probably could have skipped this for now. My TV is only 720p so I'm not getting the full 1080p glory of the discs. Also, the fall dashdboard update included upscaling for regular DVDs and that does a pretty good job. I'm guessing there is a large segment of the population who would see a difference between DVD, upscaled DVD, and HDDVD. But if you're in the market for an HDDVD player, this is the way to go. There have even been successful attempts to connect this drive straight to a computer. For $199, it's the cheapest high definition drive you'll find on the market by a long shot.
Up Next:
Tony Hawk: Project 8 is spinning in my drive right now and it will soon be followed by Gears of War. I also picked up a Gameznflix subscription (probably only for one month) so we'll see how many rentals I can get through.
