I’m a little slow in posting this, but earlier this summer, we enjoyed another trip back to Indiana to visit family. This was a special one because we were celebrating (slightly early) my parents 50th wedding anniversary!
We had a new (for some of us) adventure this time when we visited Fair Oaks Farms. It’s a dairy farm with ~20,000 cows. It’s an enormous operation and the tour was very interesting! That’s also in the general area of my grandpa so we were able to visit him as well.
The rest of our time was filled with swimming, cornhole, croquet, watching Elijah drive the mower around, Dad teaching me how to drive 1954 Allis Chalmers, board games, target practice, and lots of good food.
